Victor Netes
Doctor of Sci.
His both theses
(candidate and doctorate) were devoted to reliability of
networks and complex systems. Since 1995, he has been working at
the telecom R&D Center KOMSET. Dr. Netes also teaches in
KOMSET’s Training Centre and in the Moscow Technical University
of Telecommunications and Informatics. He published over 100
papers.
